According to the bureau's weather-tracking program MetEye, snow could fall in the early hours of Tuesday morning at Mount Canobolas, Yetholme, Oberon, Blayney and the Jenolan Caves.
Alongside the forecast snow is low minimum temperatures, with only a high of eight degrees forecast for Bathurst and just a high of six down at Oberon.
It's highly unlikely Bathurst will receive any snow, however, there's a 60 per cent chain of rain on both Monday and Tuesday, which could bring up to five millimetres of rain.
