The blue and whites had finished the last two seasons undefeated and have won the past three premierships, the most recent a 10-4 grand final win over Orange Hawks last September.
But the club's quest to win an unprecedented fourth consecutive league tag premiership was halted last week after the competition was shelved for 2020.
On June 9, Group 10 made the decision to abandon the premier league, first division and senior league tag competitions.
However, the under 18s and under 18s league tag title races will press on this winter and they could potentially join with clubs in Group 11 and the Castlereagh League to form a Western Rams competition.
St Pat's captain Mish Somers, who had the chance to lead her side to an incredible four-peat in 2020, said it's disappointing the club will not get the chance to have a crack at winning a fourth consecutive premierships this season.
Things happened and we'll have to wait and see what happens next year.

"It was a bit disappointing that we can't go out there and see if we could get four in a row," she said.
"Things happened and we'll have to wait and see what happens next year."
The season was meant to get underway on Good Friday, April 10, however the coronavirus pandemic forced Group 10 to postpone the start of the season, before the entire campaigned was cancelled last week.
Somers agreed that the decision to cancel the season was the right call.
"I definitely have to support the decision," she said.
"It would have been quite difficult for some of the smaller clubs to turn up week in, week out with so many changes.
"In order for the competition to be strong in the coming years, it was definitely the right decision."
While the Group 10 season has been cancelled, Somers is hoping she and her teammates will be able to play some way or another in 2020.
"I haven't heard anything yet from the coach or anything but I'm sure they'll try and get something in," she said.
"It'll just be to keep everyone interested, involved and ready for the start of next year."
And while St Pat's won't get a crack at the Group 10 league tag title in 2020, it'll give the club a bigger incentive to come back even stronger in 2021.
"I think the girls will be really keen to get back and playing," she said.
"Having this year off and winning well last year, they'll definitely be keen. We'll put in a lot of hard work to hopefully be there at the end of next year's season."
