The yoga studio reopened on Saturday, and owner Jan Green said the response has been enthusiastic.
"We're running six classes a week for 10 people at a time, and each class is completely booked out," Ms Green said.
"The long waiting list goes to show the number of people willing to de-stress and relax the body, mind and spirit after such a difficult period."
Ms Green also runs monthly yoga classes in Machattie Park, which recommenced a few weeks ago, and has stayed in touch with students online during the COVID-19 period.
"I was in India for much of March and had to self-isolate for two weeks on return, so I started putting together daily online videos for students to engage with from home," she said.
"Yoga works from the inside out, and it's important to find an activity that calms the mind and spirit as well as the body."

Ms Green is set to host a yoga retreat in Carcoar next month, and another down the South Coast in September.
