The store resumed normal trading hours on Tuesday after three months of accepting customers via appointment and continued focus on online business.
Cosventure owner Katherine Palma said it's been wonderful to get back into a normal routine.
"It's been a great first week and more people have come through the door than I expected," Ms Palma said.
"I thought it would've been quieter, but it seems that people are starting to have parties again, which is fantastic to see."
Ms Palma has stayed active with regular customers on social media through the lockdown period, many of whom took part in the viral Bin Isolation Outing trend.
She said she's expecting a massive October for business.
"Not only is Halloween in October, but Book Week has also been pushed back to that month, and those two events are our busiest periods each year," Ms Palma said.
"I can't thank customers enough for the support they've offered during this difficult time, it's been much appreciated."
Cosventure is located at 73 George Street.
