Police and paramedics rushed to the scene at about 11.30am on Rockley Road, after the truck and a car collided.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said two patients were treated at the scene. A 23-year-old woman suffered serious injuries including a suspected fractured collarbone, and was transported to Bathurst Base Hospital by road ambulance.
The truck driver sustained only minor injuries in the crash.
In a separate incident, a woman was treated by paramedics following a two car collision at the intersection of Durham and Rankin streets early Thursday.
Police and paramedics arrived at the scene just after 7am.
Police diverted traffic around the collision, while paramedics assessed both drivers, neither of which required transportation.
