Not only have many more parcels been arriving as locals and businesses turn to online shopping, some of those parcels are hefty.
"We've seen some big things come through - like home gyms," acting postal manager Vicki Sheehan said.
"With the gyms being closed, people were ordering things like that online.
"There have been lots of cooking appliances and big coffee machines and printers and home office supplies - lots of home office supplies.
"Things that you would normally go into town and buy, we have seen come through the mail a lot more regularly."

The post office has remained open since the pandemic began.
"We have had a lot of people come in and say how grateful they are that we've stayed open, which has been really good to hear," Mrs Sheehan said.
She said the post office was of particular importance for those out of town who don't have a delivery point, but it was also appreciated by those who pay their bills physically, rather than online.
Mrs Sheehan said changes inside the post office have included having fewer staff members along the counter, for social distancing purposes, and moving to a three queue system.
"It is a bit hard to manage, but we've kept on top of it," she said.
The post office's benchtops are cleaned regularly and pens are not left out to be used, but can be requested and are then sanitised so they are clean for the next person.
Mrs Sheehan said changes had also been made to the delivery and collection process.
"You've just got to use common sense and change things as you go if needed," she said of making adjustments in the time of coronavirus.
