Last week's bye did little to stop Collegians' momentum as they picked up their first home win of the season, with goals from Jack Press, Brodin Corby and Ben Muller doing the job.
Collegians and Panorama entered the break locked at 1-all but the former side made better use of their second half chances to take out the contest.
"Going two from two is great and all the boys having been putting in a big effort," Collegians coach Michael Betts said.
"We just took our chances. We had a scrappy win. That's what it can be like in patches but it's nice to see them dig deep for it.
"I think we excelled in the midfield. In our first game we were just kicking the ball and chasing but this time we played it out, worked out that we had space and time."
Collegians came out firing in the first five minutes. Muller had a chance sail right and Press had a deflected shot hit the left post.
But it was Panorama who got on the board first when a curling cross from Beau Yates found its way over Collegians goalkeeper Hayden James.
Collegians didn't drop their heads after the positive start and hit back through Press when Panorama failed to clear a corner.
The aerial route continued to be the killer method.
Dylan Harvey and Muller both came close to scoring from headers, and later into the half a low shot to the corner from Muller forced a good save from Mitch Collins.
However, the score remained even at half-time.
Panorama made a better start to the second and enjoyed the better share of possession thanks to improved play through the middle of the field.
Once again though, it was Collegians who opened the scoring in the half.
All it took to break the deadlock was an excellent through ball from Press on the hour mark, which put Corby into space for a successful shot.
Panorama had their chances from the air to get themselves back into the game but headed efforts from both Pierrick Jacquety and Bryson Richards were off the mark.
Collegians then took a significant step towards victory with 15 minutes to go when Muller slotted home his penalty kick, after being brought down in the penalty area.
They had the chance to extended the margin to three inside the last minute of the match with a second penalty kick - earned through a handball - but failed to convert.
Collegians made it two in a row after their 5-0 win over Lithgow in round one.
