Last month saw the event return for the first time since February due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Farmers' Market chair Paul Haysom said this Saturday's event will see the return of further stalls based on the success of last month's market.
"The upcoming markets will see some of our regular stallholders, such as Happy Pig, Honeysuckle Farm and Bright Blades, make their long awaited return," Mr Haysom said.
"We're a bit concerned it might rain, but that could prove a blessing in disguise as far as crowd control is concerned."
Mr Haysom said last month's market proved a resounding success, with many members of the community venturing through the showground's gates.
"All stalls had sold out of merchandise by 11am, as did the 'big breakfast,'" he said.
"It was clear that people were raring to return, and the beautiful weather certainly helped."
Mr Haysom said this Saturday's market will again run under COVID-safe conditions, including social distancing guidelines, hand sanitising stations and regular hygiene monitoring.
"If you show symptoms such as a cough, fever or persistent runny nose, don't come to the markets," he said.
