The school got the nod to proceed with its visionary Educational App-etite project when it won a $198,172 grant after the general public were asked to vote on their favourite ideas from a list of nominated projects.
Bathurst MP Paul Toole said progress on the initiative couldn't be looking better.

Mr Toole said the school is creating an interactive and educational garden that engages students and community through an Augmented Reality app.
"Open for all schools and the community to use, the garden will be a comfortable green space to relax and recreate, with a central yarning space used as a meeting spot and outdoor classroom," he said.
"The transformation of what was pretty much a bare patch of dirt under some mature trees has been incredible.
"There's an artificial lawn which looks like the real thing and best of all, the kids love what has been created out of virtually nothing.
"All that needs to be finalised is the augmented reality app and when the weather warms up the area will be planted with a variety of drought-hardy plants and reeds. It looks great now, so I can't wait to see it once spring is here."
Mr Toole said Skillset's Land Crew has project managed the works.
