That's the message Ben Weal is giving to his St Pat's side as they face a challenging trip to face Confederates this Saturday in women's Premier League Hockey.
Saints will carry confidence into the game despite a 2-1 loss to competition leaders Lithgow Panthers last week - a game which Weal believes was the team's most complete performance thus far.
"If we can play a similar style to what we did last week then we can get the result. We have to turn up ready to play positive hockey," he said.
"We've also played really well up at Orange this year, which is really pleasing to see. In the past the team has probably had an issue with playing on that surface but they seem to have gotten over that this year.
"Our best hockey probably came last week, even though we lost, and we've also trained really well over the last couple of sessions. That shows me that we're hitting our straps when we need to be."
Confederates also come into the match off a 2-1 scoreline, except they were on the right end of the equation.
Their win over Bathurst City allowed them to jump their Saints into second on the ladder.
Pat's know they've got the capability to win that spot straight back.
"They're second on the ladder for a reason. We have to turn up ready to play like they're one of the top teams - which they are this year," Weal said.
"We've got to respect that and be in the right frame of mind going over there."
Pat's have a few changes to make their weekend personnel-wise.
Esther Hotham won't be available for the clash but Ella Menzies will come into the side to make her first Premier League Hockey start for the season.
Confederates and St Pat's start their game from 1.55pm at the Orange Hockey Complex.
