On Friday, August 28, Vanessa Pringle and her team sold bunches of daffodils, with $5 from every bunch going to the wig library. The fundraiser was a sell out!
It's the second year Ms Pringle has held the fundraiser, with all proceeds staying within the local community.
Last year she sold 120 bunches of flowers, this year, she sold 420!
All up, $4865 was raised, with Ms Pringle then rounding the figure to $5000, for Bathurst's Daffodil Wig Library.
"We'll order a larger number and make sure next year is bigger and better," she said.

"Thank you to everyone who donated funds and bought posies, including a local business who donated $2000. Incredible."
Mandy Wilding, from the wig library, said money raised from the fundraiser will be used to buy new spring hats for clients of the Wig Library as well as providing care packages for them made up of sunscreen, hand sanitiser, lip balm and other body products.
She said Ms Pringle had made an incredible effort to make the fundraiser as successful as possible, contacting corporate clients around town and asking them for support.
"We're so appreciative of the support," she said.
