They are the smallest forward pairing in the AFL Central West women's competition, but the combination of Hailee Provest and Elise Gullifer is one which is certainly working inside 50 for the Bathurst Giants.
On Saturday as the Giants posted a 10-10-70 to 3-5-23 win over Cowra at Mulyan Oval, Provest and Gullifer impressed.
Provest booted five majors, including one special from a tight angle, while Gullifer also got on the scoreboard.
"it was one of those pick-up one-handed from the sideline goals and she just threaded it through," Kennedy said of Provest's goal-kicking highlight.
"I don't think there was one of her fluky ones in that five, like none her soccer kicks off the ground this week, they were all her team-mates set her up.
"Her and Elise Gullifer just work so well in the forward line. Elise plays like she's six-foot tall and she's five-foot nothing, she just gives her all, she's really stepped up this year.
"They are probably the smallest ones, I'm not sure what the height difference is between the two of them, but together they make a good pairing down there, they really work well together."
While Cowra had a strong physical presence throughout the contest and showed plenty of heart, in the dry conditions the Giants executed their skills well.
They led by 12 at the first change, held Cowra scoreless in the second term and from there went on with the job. Kennedy enjoyed the effort from all her players, her small forwards again demonstrating how much they have improved.
"Hailee seems to be the crumber and Elise can pretty much kick them from anywhere, her goal-kicking has improved out of sight," Kennedy said.
"We were doing some kicking drills at training. The first couple of years they could hardly kick 20 metres these girls, but now they are kicking them from just inside 50 - their improvement over the three years has been just great."
While the Giants emerged as convincing victors, Kennedy paid tribute to the Cowra side which displayed determination until the final siren.
"Cowra gave it to us, there's no doubt about that. Absolutely they brought it, every time they give it to us ... the camaraderie between the Giants and Cowra is really good," she said.
The win keeps the Giants on top of the ladder and gave their percentage another boost, meaning even with the final round bye Kennedy's side is in prime position to claim the minor premiership.
That would mean a direct path to the grand final, but also a fortnight with no football.
"One win away from the minor premiership, but we have a terrible run to the finals, this is our last game this weekend. We have a bye and if we get the minor premiership, we'll have another bye. So we've organised a couple of the under 17s to come up and give us a bit of a training run," the coach said.
