Bathurst MP Paul Toole announced there will be upgrades at the club's home ground at George Park 2 as part of the ongoing improvements to the facilities at the oval, which is also used for cricket during the summer months.
The Bushrangers had been successful with their application for a Community Building Partnership grant of $10,000 for the installation of stadium-type seating along the front of their clubhouse.
According to David Flude from the Bushrangers the stadium seating will be placed under cover, just outside the glassed area of the clubhouse.
"It's the type where the seats fold up when not in use. We managed to get a great deal because our order was added onto one for a 40,000 seat stadium being built in the Middle East," Mr Flude said.
"As a result we will get a far better product that originally hoped for at a better price."
These upgrades can only add to appeal for people to come along and watch sport at this ground.

Toole said the game will benefit greatly from the infrastructure.
"The sport of Aussie Rules continues to go from strength-to-strength in the Central West and these upgrades can only add to appeal for people to come along and watch sport at this ground," he said.
Toole said The Bushrangers had also been successful in securing sports grants from the NSW Government, including $3300 for jerseys for their women's team and $450 for annual coaching accreditation fees.
Toole said that in recent years the NSW Government has funded several upgrades at the home of the Bushrangers, including a player shelter project and new shade awnings around the clubhouse.
