Panorama fought back from a deficit on two occasions to come away with the draw, and had their chances to take the lead against an undermanned CSU side in the last 10 minutes.
It was still a far improved effort from the Panorama women compared to their previous outing against CSU where they were bested 7-1 following a disastrous opening half.
Panorama found themselves on the back foot early when an own goal and a poached ball and subsequent strike from Annabel Meadley put CSU 2-0 up.
Just before half-time Panorama got one back thanks to Meg McFarland's boot.
Panorama carried that momentum into the second half and scores were levelled shortly after the break thanks to Teagan Ward but a long range effort from Meadley meant the Goats had to chase another eqauliser.
They eventually found it inside the last 15 minutes as Ward got her second goal.

CSU played the last 10 minutes with 10 players due to a Jasmine Christie-Johnson injury but Panorama couldn't break through.
Panorama coach Brent Huie said Sunday's latest meeting contained glimpses of the sort of football he's chasing from the team in the build up towards their semi-final meeting with Eglinton.
"I'm happy with the draw. I feel like we created enough opportunities in the game to win it. But we didn't defend well enough and there were probably a couple of individual errors that cost us
"We also should have probably shut down Annabel Meadley a bit better than what we did, though you're never really expecting them to score from where she did.
"It's really been the story of our season - a couple of close games we could have put away. A 1-all draw against Macquarie and a 3-all against Millthorpe come to mind, but at least we aren't losing those matches."
Abercrombie FC will play CSU in the upcoming major semi-final.
