They were on the wrong end of a thumping 7-1 scoreline to reigning champions CSU in a grand final rematch, marking what was a then rare loss for the Nannies.
But on Sunday at Proctor Park, Panorama were far from that side that were humiliated almost three months ago against the Vixens, with Nannies' Teegan Ward scoring a hat-trick in her sides 3-1 preliminary final victory.

Understandably, coach Brent Huie was ecstatic with the result, but he's mindful of the task still ahead against Abercrombie in the grand final
"Everyone was really excited with the win, but the job isn't done yet," he said.
"We've got Abercrombie next week and that's going to be a huge game."
CSU's Annabel Medley broke the deadlock early in the first half and Huie said that goal helped click his side into gear.
"We came back and we started playing a lot better football," he said.
"I think that first goal woke us up, goals normally do that and they change games.
"We kept the ball on the deck, started passing and we got one back in the 25th minute to make it 1-all.
"We went in at 1-all at half-time and I think we were dominating the second half, I was just getting a bit nervous whether the goal will come or if they score we wouldn't have time to get one back."
With seven minutes to go, it was Ward who pounced to break the deadlock.
"In the 83rd minute, Teegan scored one off her head, from a set piece, and then in the 88th minute, CSU played a pass back to their keeper who tried to clear it," Huie said.
"She cleared it straight into Teegan's face and it went into the goal."
Huie said both Meg McFarlane and Sarah Colman played crucial roles in keeping CSU star Jasmine Christie-Johnston quiet during the game.
"Meg McFarlane did a huge job in that first half on Jasmin Christie-Johnston," he said.
"She's got W-League experience and I reckon she's probably the best player in town, but Meg marked her out of the game in the first half and Colman kept her quiet in the second half when they moved her up front."
In reflecting on that 7-1 loss to CSU earlier this season, Huie said his side has improved "out of sight".
"It's not that we've changed too much, it's just a lot of those girls hadn't played together before that match," he said.
"That [7-1 loss] was our fourth game together as a team and now they've got a season under their belt, they know how each other plays and the combinations are coming together at the right time."
With the win, Panorama are now through to their fourth consecutive women's premier league decider, having won in 2018.
CSU's defeat ends a run of six consecutive grand final appearances for Vixens, having won in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019.
The last decider to not feature CSU was in 2013, when Orange Ex-Services defeated Cowra Eagles in a penalty shootout.
