The event was originally scheduled for Sunday, October 25, but was postponed due to inclement weather.
The day will commence at the Bathurst Showground at 9am this Sunday for registrations and for everyone to enjoy an included breakfast.
Event organiser Rob Smith said the event is shaping up to be another popular staging, and hopes the weather stays consistent for it.
"We normally get 60 to 70 participants, but you never really know until the day of the event," Mr Smith said.
"We're not sure whether COVID-19 or the weather will affect our numbers this year, but we feel we've planned well for the current environment."
The annual run is held in memory of Geoff Martin, who was an active member of the Panorama Motorcycle Club until he tragically lost his life in a tanker accident at Abercrombie 23 years ago.
There will be a choice of short or long routes, both of which stop at Lue Hotel for a barbecue lunch, included in the entry fee of $40.
The long run is via Hill End and Mudgee to Lue while the short run is via Rylstone.
The event is open to bikes and riders of any vintage and Mr Smith said it attracts strong support from local and statewide entrants
"It's essentially a relaxing, peaceful ride through some of the most picturesque locations in our region," Mr Smith said.
"We have many people who have been participating for years, as well as a few who always join in for the first time."
At the end of the run, the day rounds out with riders returning home as they wish.
Proceeds from this year's run will go toward the equipment fund for Bathurst Hospital's intensive care unit.
"For us oldies with our 'hearties', the hospital needs as much help as they can get," Mr Smith said.
Entrants are reminded to adhere to COVID-19 requirements. For more, contact Rob Smith on 0404089015.
