New youth mayor Zoe is a student at the Bathurst High Campus of Denison College while deputy mayor Joshua attends St Stanislaus' College.
"It's an absolute privilege just to be on the youth council, amongst 14 of the most amazing young leaders of Bathurst," Zoe said.
"To be elected mayor of such an influential group is beyond incredible and I'm so excited to see where we go and what we can achieve in our coming term."

Mayor Bobby Bourke congratulated the incoming Youth Council members and said he was looking forward to working with them.
"The Youth Council plays an important role in our community and within council and I congratulate all those who were selected to serve for this current term," Cr Bourke said.
"I look forward to seeing what you achieve as a group and attending the many events and activities you will get involved in."
