Cavaliers rolled through to Kinross order to have the side all out for 56, with just two batsmen reaching double figures, before Cavs raced out to 2-144 and then sent the students in to bat again.

Kinross are currently 1-30 in their second innings and in all sorts of peril on their home turf.

Charlie Greer picked up absurd figures of 8-17 as he sliced through the Kinross order like a knife through butter.

Kinross' biggest stand was the opening partnership of 20, before losing their next nine wickets for 36 runs.

BATHURST City have the upper hand going into the second day of their Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket clash against Centennials Bulls after Mark Day's 74 put Redbacks into a strong position.

Day's knock led the way for his side at Morse Park 1 as Bathurst City finished all out for 184 before putting Bulls in a precarious position of 4-74 at stumps.

Mick Hutchinson (3-24) had a brilliant day with the ball for Centennials.

Along with his three wickets his also bowled six maidens over his economical 15 overs.

Peter McCleary (2-15) and Daniel Bryant (2-31) were the other multiple wicket-takers for Bulls.

Bryant (34) looked to be getting Centennials back on track following a couple of early stumbles in their chase but his dismissal late in the day at the hands of Clint Moxon was a big blow to the team.

Moxon also secured the big wicket of the in-form Blake Aubin for just two runs. He ended the day with 3-25.

ORANGE City are in control in their Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket clash against St Pat's Old Boys thanks to a string of contributions throughout their batting order.

The match of the round, pitting second against third, saw the higher placed City finish the day at 9-253 on the back of knocks from Lachie Coyte (52) and Brett Causer (45).

But five other players in the lineup hit at least 17 runs or more, showcasing the defending champions' depth in the batting ranks once again.

Ben Schofield (31), Dave Boundy (29) and Blake Weymouth (27) all added valuable runs on a day which definitely belonged to City.

Mitch Taylor (3-38) was the leading bowler for the Saints with his three wicket haul while Tom Siede (1-25) had an economical day from his 12 overs.

Taylor claimed the big wickets of Coyte and Causer, plus he ended Shaun Grenfell's day before he could post a run.

IT was only a matter of 'when' and not 'if' Ryan Peacock was going to score a century in Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket.

Peacock, who came close to reaching triple figures in Royal Hotel Cup action earlier this season (90), broke through to score 100 in Rugby Union's BOIDC clash with Centrals on Saturday.

The Rugby skipper was well supported by Brad Glasson (72) in a devastating 135-run stand, to help take the blue and golds to 227 all out.

Centrals' Matt Ripps provided a highlight late in the Rugby innings when he picked up three wickets in the space of just four deliveries. He finished the day with figures of 4-40.

But the job's only half done for Rugby, especially after Centrals made a great start to their chase.

Centrals lost Max Powell (6) early but remaining opener Kurt Gander (29 not out) and captain Fletcher Rose (24 not out) have worked well together to take their side to 1-64 at stumps.

DAN Casey scored his first top grade century in almost four years when he hit 103 in a memorable day for both himself and his City Colts side.

Colts made their way to 235 on the back of Casey and Russ Gardner's (72) big scores, after they rolled CYMS for just 102 runs as the Bathurst men claimed first innings point day the end of day one.

Casey hit 15 fours and a pair of sixes at Loco Oval in a determined knock after Colts lost a pair of quick wickets in their middle order.

Gardner now has knocks of 80, 156 not out and Saturday's 72 across his last three innings, solidifying his position of the competition's danger man with the bat.

Tom Satterthwaite (35) was the only CYMS batsman to get off to a genuine start as Colts bowlers Angus Daymond (4-27) and Casey (3-21) never let the Orange side get going.
