Boxing for Fitness held its third session on Thursday, to help children learn new skills and keep fit and healthy.
Kelso Community Hub services coordinator James Woolmington said the program has been well received by the local community.
"All the kids and the local residents love it," he said.

"You've got the same guys coming along every week but there's also a few first-timers giving it a go."
Mr Woolmington said the program is about getting children outsides and participating in physical activity.
"It's about getting kids out, learning new skills and participating in physical activity," he said.
"It's had a good turn out in three weeks already. We'll have two more sessions before Christmas before we finish up and then we'll start again next year."
Currently, sessions are capped at 20 participants due to coronavirus regulations, however, that may change soon as restrictions begin to ease in NSW.
The program - which is held every Thursday afternoon from 3.30pm, has children participate in boxing, skipping and other physical activities.
"We're keeping it fairly simple," Mr Woolmington said.
"There'll be a bit of running at the end or we might play a game like bullrush, where it's hidden fitness where the kids don't really realise.
"It's gives kids something to do after school. There's a lot of kids in the community that don't have a lot to do in the afternoon."
Heading into 2021, the program is expected to stay on Thursday afternoons, running in line with the school term.
Participants can turn up on the day, but it's recommended to ring the Kelso Community Hub on 6331 2407 before heading out, as numbers may be at capacity.
There's also an adult program that runs from 2pm-3pm, just before the children's program begins.
