The game's governing body in NSW announced that it will be moving the Proctor Park Challenge - hosted at the competition's namesake - from February 27-28 to a weekend later on March 6-7.
The Proctor Park Challenge is an annual pre-season tournament for youth girl teams - with teams all across NSW and ACT entering in previous years - which is staged by Western NSW Football and Football NSW on behalf of Bathurst District Football.

Due to last week's announcement that Supercars Australia would stage the opening road of the upcoming 2021 season at Mount Panorama on the same weekend, Football NSW made the decision to reschedule the event.
The decision was made in consultation with Bathurst Regional Council and Bathurst District Football and with COVID-19 rules and regulations still in place, Football NSW believed that two major events in a major regional city would not have been practical.
A record 64 girls teams participated at the Proctor Park Challenge back in February, 2020.
Clubs who had registered for next year's competition have already been contacted.
It's still not too late to enter a team and should teams wish to enter the popular under 12s, 14s, 15s and 17s girls pre-season tournament, they can do so by sending their entries through by Friday, December 18.
To register a team, visit Football NSW's website at www.football.nsw.com.au.

Football NSW's other major pre-season tournament held at Bathurst's Proctor Park - the Bathurst Cup - has not been affected, with the plans in place to go ahead with the competition on February 20-21.
