With both teams winless after one game - with each team's defeat coming at the hands of St Pat's Old Boys - it's a simple equation: win and book yourself a spot in the quarter finals.
Colts' Josh Toole believes his side has what it takes to defeated Centrals, considering they've already beaten them in the Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket competition last month.

"We played them a couple weeks back and we had a pretty good result that game, with a few of our top order batters scoring a few runs," he said.
"It was a good win so I'm confident going into Friday night."
Colts were on fire with the bat during that BOIDC match, smashing Centrals by 110 runs, with Russell Gardner scoring an unbeaten 156 with the bat in his side's big win.
Colts' one and only Royal Hotel Bonnor Cup match this season was against St Pat's Old Boys back in October, with Colts being victims to a strong showing with the ball and bat from Saints marquee Nic Broes in a 66-run defeat.
That match was the first time many of Colts' cricketers played under lights and Toole believes the team is better prepared for the conditions.
"We've only played the one game so far and we didn't have a great result, but it was the first time for the guys playing under lights," he said.
"Getting accustomed to that can be difficult but hopefully second game in we'll be acclimatised and perform a little bit better."
Centrals skipper Daryl Kennewell believes he's side have learnt previous mistakes and are ready for Friday night's match.
"We need to be ticking over the runs and make sure we aren't getting bogged down," he said.
"We bat all the way down to eight or nine, but we can't afford to lose too many wickets in the first 12 overs."
Friday night's match between City Colts and Centrals will be played under the lights at Wade Park, with play expected to get underway from 6.30pm.
