While council applauds itself on the ever increasing population growth in Bathurst, those of us who choose to call Bathurst home are being subjected to ridiculous Sydney-type congestion in order to manage school drop-offs while attempting to make our appointments and work schedules.
At what stage is our council going to put Bathurstians ahead of its own agendas?

It is one thing to offer a tree change to Sydneysiders, but it's another to keep them.
If we can't offer newcomers anything different to the congestion that they are fleeing, surely they will just move on.
Council, consider those paying your wages as opposed to those who may potentially pay, albeit fleetingly.
How about we attempt to future-proof Kelso and the ever expanding population growth, giving us an alternative route into town.
And while we're there, how about dividing the massive suburb of Kelso into their individual estates.
