Making the historic laps even more special, the BT-19 will be driven by Sam Brabham, Sir Jack's Grandson.
"The history this car holds with our family is very special," Sam Brabham said.
"I have driven it once before, never around Mount Panorama, I am so excited to head up Mountain Straight for the first time."
Sir Jack Brabham was the first motor racing driver to be knighted for services to motor sport. He was also awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire).
He had won two Formula 1 championships in 1959 and 1960 before winning his third in the BT-19 in 1966.
