For $43 per person, Nikki's Café will prepare an enormous spread of food that include scones, sandwiches, slices and fruit.
This can be enjoyed with non-alcoholic champagne, as the venue is not licenced, or tea or coffee.
Owner of Nikki's Café, Pino Calabro, said he was inspired to offer high tea after reflecting on the experience of living in Sydney.
"We came from Sydney and that's the norm down there. I wanted to introduce that to Bathurst," he said.
"I know that some places do it ... so I thought let's give it a try and see if we are much different to them and see how we go."
High tea can be enjoyed in the William Street café, with bookings essential.
"I need about two days notice, because I make the stuff up," Mr Calabro said
"Everything is made in house."
High tea is a perfect way for people to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
Nikki's Café is hoping to provide a fantastic food experience to its customers, with some unique items on the menu such as Vegemite scones and liqueur chocolate.
There are also sandwiches that aren't quite what they appear to be.
"It's not something that you will shovel, shovel, shovel in and say 'Let's go'. You'll sit for a period of time and enjoy what is given," Mr Calabro said.
People interested in having high tea at the café can call to make a booking on 0404 879 069 or visit the café to speak to the staff in person.
