Several riders are in the mix for the top division honours across the men's tour while a big list of home cyclists are signed up for Sunday 100km main event.
Will Hodges, Luke Tuckwell and Craig Hutton are the Bathurst Cycling Club's three representatives in the men's top division.
Hodges will be Bathurst's top shot of taking out the main event, having finished third in last year's race, while former club rider and Lithgow talent Emily Watts is back to defend her crown in the women's race.
Jeremy Ryan and Stu Renshaw have entered division two events across the weekend while David Reece and Bruce Hutton race in division three.
A total of 27 other Bathurst, Eglinton and Kelso riders have signed up to take part in Sunday's 100km event, the prominent of them being the city's former UCI World Tour rider Mark Renshaw.
Brothers Sam and Ben Hill, who finished first and second in the 2020 Bathurst Cycling Classic, are back for another crack at the main event.
Other top riders from last year's action who are back again include Luke Cridland (fifth), Cameron Fraser (seventh), Edwin Britts (eighth) and frequent Bathurst Cycling Club race contender Tom Bolton, who finished 13th in the 2020 race.
