Ferris shot rounds of 82, 78, 84 and 85 for a total of 329, seeing off her nearest rival Mary Housler by 13 shots.
The strong second round laid the platform for Ferris' success and her strong driving across the wet third and fourth rounds locked up the title.
Ferris said her second round was one of her most memorable days at the Bathurst Golf Club.
"To get 78 off the stick was a really good score and one of the best scores I've had. It was one of those days where everything went right," she said.
"It didn't hit any trees and I made some good birdie putts, which was pretty helpful.
"I thought that drove the ball fairly well and didn't find myself in too much trouble - you're only in trouble if you get caught anyway. I was pretty consistent, which was the best thing to come out of the four rounds.
"It was a bit wet underfoot in the second weekend, so there wasn't much run ... and I think an advantage I have is that I hit it further."
Ferris hit six birdies across the tournament, including a 30 metre putt from the hole two green in the second round that ran over two ridges into the hole at the back of the green.
Housler was in striking distance thanks to rounds of 84 and 81 though she lost touch with Ferris over the back half of the competition with scores of 89 and 88.
It's the first club championship for Ferris.
She was denied by the smallest of margins in last year's competition and said it was immensely satisfying to take the next step.
"I was lucky to be playing with some people who kept me calm and laughing and having a great time, because that's what it's all about," Ferris said.
"That's my first win. I was a runner-up last year to Casey Thompson in a play-off so I was pretty stoked to get the win this year."
In the A Grade nett results Denise Simpson (296) won ahead of Cindy Perfect (299).
The B grade title went to Sue Cregan (388: 94, 98, 96, 100) who was a four stroke winner ahead of Monique Hagerty (392).
Jodeen Jackson (293) was a big winner of the B grade nett battle, finishing nine strokes clear of Sandy Anderson (304).
