A pair of 20-minute sessions will set the grid for the enduro, the bottom half of the field (based on practice times) to run first, before a second 20-minute shootout for the fastest half determine who will start the race from pole.
The car qualifying on the front row has won the last three Bathurst 6 Hour races, making Saturday's sessions all important for the Sunday race.
Other race categories include the TCR Australia Series, the GT World Challenge, the National Trans-Am series, the MRF Bathurst Excel Challenge and the NSW Historic Touring Cars.
The Bathurst 6 Hour race will begin at 11.15am and will be broadcast live on the screens of Seven on Easter Sunday.
