The riders were making their way back to Goulburn, the same city they left five days earlier for an adventure that took in regional centres including Narooma, Bega, Comma, Tumut, Yass, Cowra and Bathurst.
Event organiser Vic Sheil said each of the participants had raised at least $2000 to support the work of Variety and the ride was a "reward" for their efforts.

"We don't use the ride itself as a fundraiser; rather, we feel spending money in all the towns we visit is a great bonus for local communities who may have been doing a little tough over the past year or so," Mr Sheil said.

Mr Sheil said he had been involved in Variety fundraisers for almost 30 years and had worked with the charity as an employee for the past 20.
He said he had been hooked by the work Variety did to support disadvantaged families.
