The employees received Recognition of Service Awards at the laundry last Friday to honour their diligent efforts to help enhance Glenray's role in the local community.
Of the 10 workers to receive recognition, Graham Edwards and Michelle Higgins were recognised for 30 years of service to Glenray, with both proud to share what they love about their jobs.
"My favorite part of the job is unloading the bags of linen and the training I receive," Mr Edwards said.
"I enjoy working on the rollers and I remember when I first started at Glenray, I was excited to meet new people and make new friends," Ms Higgins added.
The whole team joined in congratulating these and other dedicated workers on their service to Glenray with a special presentation from president of the board Brian Adams, followed by a morning tea.
Glenray offers employment opportunities in the laundry and industrial fields for people living with a disability who may otherwise face significant challenges finding and maintaining steady work.
