Williams' From The Bush and Miss Hugo A Gogo along with Ings' Speed Camera will look to keep the prized saddle trophy in Bathurst hands.
Notable nominees include Kody Nestor's Bathurst Cup runner-up Toulon Brook, Jason Attard & Lucy Keegan-Attard's Provincial Championships runner Cinderconi and Bjorn Baker's in-form O'Mudgee.
Tyers Park racing manager Michell Tarpenning said nomination numbers across the board are pleasing.
"We've got two local trainers supporting the race and it's a great one to have that local support behind, and getting 20 nominations for the saddle is great," she said.
"There's a couple of races that have had their nominations extended but they'll fill up. There's expected to be fantastic weather, the track is in superb condition and the rail is in the true position.
"There's $32,000 for the total prizepool of the saddle and that extra prizemoney means a lot to our trainers."
Not only are the nomination numbers set to make the meeting a great occasion but the atmosphere is set to make a return in a big way.
Tarpenning said the impact of crowds returning to Tyers Park cannot be underestimated.
"Having the crowd back means a lot. Last year was empty in a lot of ways," she said.
"The best thing about the feature race is that we sing the national anthem and the whole day is wrapped up into this package of paying tribute to our ANZACs, enjoying a great horse race and having a wonderful time.
"We have something for everyone here and we're very proud of the day that we put on."
Weights for the Soldier's Saddle will be declared on Wednesday afternoon before acceptances are declared on Thursday.
