Played at Proctor Park, Goats' Nathan Davis would open the scoring for the Goats in the 41st minute, after receiving a through ball from striker Jaiden Culbert, for Davis to slot the ball past Parkes goalkeeper Ryan Dunn.
And after a poor clearance from Culbert just in the final minute of the first half found Culbert, the man who set up the first goal passed first time to Peacock, who brought the ball down with his chest and hit it sweetly first time in the top corner.

Peacock admitted that his first half goal was one of the best ones he's ever scored.
"That was pretty cool. That was probably one of the better ones I've struck, maybe the best one," he said.
Peacock said the result was a much needed result, considering Panorama had lost consecutive games heading into the match.
"It was three points that we needed," he said.
"We spoke about that and Parkes really came out and played some proper football. They're always a tough match-up but we stuck in there, so that was a good result for us."
Parkes had several chances in the second half to pull back a goal but the Panorama defence would prove resilient to the end.
Parkes coach Meaghan Kempson said the last 20 minutes of the game was scrappy and ultimately turned physical.
"We did try and fight back but the last 20 odd minutes got really scrappy and was just a physical game," she said.
"We weren't really playing football, we were just in it for the physicality and that's what the match turned into for both teams."
Regardless of the overall result, Kempson was pleased with the performance of her team in the second half.
"It was good to see our boys step up and in the end it was nil-all in the second half and we had a couple of really good chances and they just didn't concede," she said.
"At the end of the day Pano deserved to win because they made the most their chances and we conceded goals in areas where we shouldn't be conceding. We should be tighter there.
"At the end of the day if we want to take three points we've got to consolidate on those chances."
In other results Orange Waratahs defeated Orana Spurs 3-1 in a top of the table clash, Barnstoneworth United came from three goals down to draw 3-all against Lithgow Workmen's and Dubbo Bulls downed Mudgee Wolves 3-1.
