Crews from Bathurst were dispatched to the car fire at the eastern end of Browning Street at about 6.10am on Monday where they discovered a vehicle well alight in the driveway of a commercial property.
With breathing apparatus in use, firefighters extinguished the fire in approximately half an hour.
While the vehicle was said to be completely destroyed the fire was extinguished before it was able to pose any threat to nearby structures, with the possibility of the blaze spreading to buildings and putting people at risk eliminated quickly.
The incident remains under investigation.
