St Pat's will be fielding one of their best teams this men's Premier League Hockey season when they travel to play competition leaders Lithgow Storm.
The Storm have had the Saints' measure on both previous occasions the two sides have come together this year but the Bathurst men are hopeful of turning things around after a dominant showing against Parkes the week before.
Lithgow had a shock 2-all draw with Wanderers last round and had their competition lead cut to two points.
St Pat's coach Richard Sharp said the Storm are bound to pick things up for this weekend.
"I think the best bet is to always focus on yourself, though you have to address things based on what the other team looks like, and I know that last week they had a few players out
"I'm hoping that Lithgow will be back to a full strength squad this weekend because we always want to be playing the strongest team possible."
Sharp doesn't want to get too caught up in last week's 6-0 success, knowing that the build up to Saturday gives off similar vibes to the previous Lithgow contest.
"We've found ourselves in a similar position to last time we played them, coming in off a great win against Parkes. Now we have to address what went wrong the last time around.
"I feel like last time came down to game management. I don't think we did anything structurally wrong. We started well then lost our way in the third quarter, they then lifted and we couldn't respond.
"I think it's mostly a mental thing. We're young and we're quick but there's still a bit of immaturity there.
"If we can address that and improve our situational awareness then we'll take a big step towards developing as a team."
