Officers stopped a semi-trailer in Bathurst at about 9.30am on Tuesday, June 1 and inspected the driver's diary, detecting a total of 27 fatigue breaches - which are defined as instances in which a driver has worked more time than allowed.
A dozen of those breaches were critical, by definition, while five more severe, three were substantial and seven were minor infringements.
At the time, police said the driver was set to charged to appear before Bathurst Local Court at a later date.
