TWO drivers have been booked for speeding at more than 30km/h over the limit in separate incidents on Mount Panorama.

The motorists were stopped within half an hour of each other by police conducting stationary speed enforcement along a 60km/h section of Conrod Straight on Sunday afternoon.
The first motorist fined by police was a 23-year-old from Sydney who was clocked travelling at 95km/h.
Shortly after, a 47-year-old from the Hunter Region was clocked at 100km/h.

Both drivers were issued with infringement notices for exceeding the speed limit by more than 30km/h, a penalty of $935 and 10 demerit points.
"Mount Panorama is a race track only when it is closed to the public and authorised to be a race track," NSW Police posted on their Facebook page.
"It is a public road any other time used by motorists, residents and pedestrians and has a speed limit of 60km/h."
