The selection of the three rising stars should come as no surprise to anyone after they were named in the NSW Under 16s Country Championships team at the start of the year.
The addition of Maddy Spence brings Western's involvement in the squad up to four players.
Bathurst District Junior Cricket Association president Stephen Cain said it's a pleasure to see Black, Bennett and Blayney native Tilburg making big strides in the game.
"All three of them have been playing excellent cricket and they play with the men on Saturdays and have been in the academy for a little while. They've been great assets for Bathurst cricket," he said.
"They all started young with the junior Thunder cricket that we started. They'll also be in the academy with Andrew Litchfield coaching them, so that's great for them to have his expertise.
"This is Callee's second year with the team and she's also currently a part of the Bathurst under 16s district team winter squad as well. She's a very talented player."
Cain said he expects Bathurst and Western talents to continue filling these squads in the future thanks to the cricketing infrastructure that's been built up for junior girls in the region over recent years.
"Since we started the girls Thunder league about five to six years ago we're seeing a lot more girls playing cricket and learning a lot more about the game. It's been really good to see it grow with the support of Cricket NSW," he said.
"That's generated a lot more interest, and some of the most talented of them have gone on to squads like this.
"We're hoping to create a younger Thunder league this year, around years three and four, and see if we can get an all-girls competition going. That would be amazing."
Western were the only region to get four of their players into the 16s squad.
The Bathurst trio were also named into the open-age Western female academy squads which were announced on Friday.
Amy Kreuzberger, Gabrielle Kelly and Portland native Nikera Hann were the other Bathurst players to make the NSW squad.
