THEY both love their rugby, they both make plenty of hard yards for CSU and it seems that Lachie Melville and Sam Chamberlain are popular students as well.

It was the jumpers worn by flanker Melville and number 8 Chamberlain that attracted the top bids on Saturday night when CSU staged an auction to raise money for Headspace.
While that means the pair can now joke with their CSU team-mates about being leaders in the popularity stakes, the effort the club did to raise a total of $12,300 was seriously impressive.
"Everyone went wild. It started off with the girls' jerseys raising four and a bit thousand and then I think the lowest boys' jersey went for three or four hundred dollars," CSU president Marcus Burrell said.
"I think it was a race between Sam Chamberlain's number eight and Lachie Melville's number seven as the most popular, they both went for $909.50.
"Like mostly it was club members who brought them all, everyone knew it was for a good cause so they jumped on and made the night pretty memorable."
The jumpers were specially made for the auction, the men wearing black and the women white with the Headspace logo on the front.
Both teams won their games against Parkes in those jumpers.
"It's our biggest fundraiser to date so it seems the club is headed in a pretty good direction," Burrell said.
"We've been with Headspace for as long as I've been with the club. They came up on Saturday and were amazed at the sportsmanship - they said it was their first time coming up to the footy on a Saturday.
"I think we worked out that the most we'd raised before for headspace was only $5,000 or $6,000.
"We do have a good reputation now and I think we put it down to we are more community-based, getting out and about in the community helps."
