There have been six COVID-19 cases reported in Bathurst since Friday afternoon but there were none announced for the city at the Monday morning update.
However, Western NSW Health District Chief Executive, Scott McLachlan, has labelled the situation in Bathurst as "concerning" as most of the cases have been active in the community.
"We are incredibly concerned about Bathurst. We know that the vast majority of cases were infectious in the community," he said.

"There are a couple of locations of concern that have been identified where we have been able to get in contact with people in those locations.
"But it's not about these locations. These are confirmed cases that have been active in the community that could've spread to other people.
"I would really urge some urgency for the community to get tested as soon as possible.
"We don't have clear links for these cases, so we are really concerned that there might be other people across the community spreading COVID."
Mr McLachlan urged people even with the mildest of symptoms to get tested, saying he was concerned about low testing numbers in Bathurst were.
"We know COVID can be lurking around any of our streets, any of our homes, any day of the week," he said.
"We are seeing record low testing numbers in some of our communities where we know we have confirmed cases infectious in the community."
Up until 8pm on Sunday, August 22, there were 24 new cases identified in the Western district, with 14 in Dubbo, six in Goodooga and one in Mudgee, Gulargambone, Parkes and Orange.
Since that time on Sunday evening, there were another five cases identified in Parkes.
