Among the cases announced on Sunday were 25 in the Western NSW Local Health District, comprised of 18 in Dubbo, three in Narromine, two in Bourke, and one each in Brewarrina and Bogan Shire.
While Bathurst did not record any new cases to 8pm on Saturday, the city's tenth case was reported in the previous day's figures.
It was reportedly linked to an existing case and the person had been in isolation.
Testing numbers in Bathurst remain less than ideal and Member for Bathurst Paul Toole has urged people to come forward if they have any symptoms.
"Everyone needs to remain vigilant and on alert, even when we have days of no reported active cases in the community," he said.
"The Delta variant is extremely contagious and can spread at any time, very quickly.
"Thank you to the community who have been tested, but we need those testing numbers to be much higher to try and ensure the virus is still not circulating in the community.
"We cannot become complacent and it's important for everyone to get tested immediately if you have any flu-like symptoms to protect your loved ones, family, friends, the vulnerable and the wider community."
Testing is available from 8am to 4pm daily at the drive-through clinic at Mount Panorama and from 9am to 4pm daily at Bathurst Base Hospital (in the heritage building).
The Bathurst Respiratory Clinic is also open from 9am to 4pm daily, but appointments are required.

On Sunday, Ms Berejiklian again urged people to come forward for vaccination, stressing that it was the way to keep people out of hospitals and the intensive care units.
"What we're seeing not just in Australia, but around the world, is that the vaccines are providing enormous protection for people. As we've seen, out of all the people in intensive care, there's only one person who is fully vaccinated," she said.
In the seven days to Saturday, 834,000 people in NSW came forward for vaccination, and vaccination rates have been on the rise in regional NSW as well.
In Bathurst, 52.4 per cent of eligible people have had their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while 27.8 per cent have had their second dose.
This means that in the last week a further 6.2 per cent of the eligible population have had their first dose, while a further 4.2 per cent got their second shot.
