The NSW Government's 11am update said there were 27 new cases in the Western NSW Local Health District to 8pm on Monday, the bulk of which were again in Dubbo (18).
Close to Bathurst, Orange had one.
Bathurst's last new cases were three added to 8pm on Friday, though only one of those was reported as being infectious in the community.
Member for Bathurst Paul Toole said there were 620 tests in Bathurst on Monday.
The state added 1220 new COVID cases in the 24 hours to 8pm Monday and now has 192 cases in intensive care and 75 of those cases requiring ventilation.
There were eight deaths in the 24-hour reporting period, one of which was in Dubbo.
A Western NSW Local Health District-Australian Defence Force walk-in vaccination clinic, which opened at Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre on Monday morning and had reached capacity for its first day within its first hour, continues for the rest of the week and on Saturday.
