It leaves Bathurst's active cases at 15 (with 40 recovered) and takes Blayney's active cases to three, though the two new cases were household contacts, according to Member for Bathurst Paul Toole.
Bathurst has now had eight days of zero new COVID cases out of the past nine.
It comes as the Australian Defence Force clinic returns to the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre this week to administer second jabs (by invitation only).
The Western NSW Local Health District had 24 new cases in the 24 hours to 8pm on Sunday, just up on the previous 24-hour period.

The 24 new cases were made up of 16 in the Dubbo council area (11 in Wellington, five in Dubbo), four in Cowra, two in Blayney, one in Narromine and one in Canowindra.
There were 12 deaths in the 24-hour reporting period: one from Wollongong and all the rest from Sydney.
The NSW Government says the state is now up to 60.1 per cent double doses and 85.5 per cent first dose.
