Now owned and operated by Samantha Peacock, it was originally opened by her mother, the late Kay Peacock in 1991.
It hasn't changed much, the size of the barber remaining the same for the past three decades, but it has changed its look over the years to keep up with the times.
Ms Peacock, who took over the running of Bathurst Barbers from her mother back in 2013, said her job has been a great way to stay connected with the local Bathurst community.

"My job is so run of the mill, so you don't really notice how many people you meet and connect with," she said.
"You couldn't keep doing this job for so long if you didn't like it."
It's been a difficult two years for the business, with lockdown and restrictions vastly restricting the way Bathurst Barbers usually operates.
But it's also been a particularly challenging time for Ms Peacock at a personal level.
Her mother Kay, who originally launched the barber shop three decades ago, tragically died on April 1 last year when she was struck by a car while out on one of her usual bike rides.
Ms Peacock said her job, much like her mother's, provided her one of the few stable things in her life.
"Mum opened this six months before Dad died, so it's been stable for her too," she explained.
"I'd come home from primary school and watch Mum cut hair and now my own kids do the same thing."
With restrictions easing across NSW, Bathurst Barbers, like all barbers and hairdressers, have been flat strap, attending the needs of customers who haven't had a hair cut in months.
"Since coming back from lockdown, we've been so busy," she said.
"There's so much hair. I reckon there's a thick of layer of hair in landfill!"
Ms Peacock currently employees two barbers at her business - Ashley Patrick and Hamish Francis, with the latter an apprentice.
Bathurst Barbers is open 8.30am-5pm from Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturdays.
Bookings are required for hair cuts and can be done so through the myBARBERapp, which is available from all app stores.
