The Harvest Café & Store owner said it would be a great excuse to get out and enjoy the evening with friends and family after what's been a tough year for everyone.
The event will take place on Saturday, December 11.
"The cocktails and canapes party was something we thought of during lockdown to give people an event they can come out to when all the restrictions have eased," Mr Ringrose said.
"It's just for the community to get out and about and enjoy themselves. We've all survived 2021 so let's enjoy it."
The event will feature live music by local talent Belle Whitwell, lawn games, a cocktail bar, local beers and wines as well as locally-sourced and freshly made sweet and savoury canapes served throughout the night.
Kicking off at 6pm, the cocktails and canapes night will be an 18+ ticketed event, with tickets now on sale.
Ticket sales will close on Sunday, December 5 to give Mr Ringrose and his staff enough time to order and prepare the canapes.
Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available but customers need to contact Harvest Café & Store prior to the event to inform them.
"We've got about 120 tickets on sale ... You can book online, jump on the website and go to book now and it'll take you through to that night," Mr Ringrose said.
Tickets are $110 each which includes a cocktail on arrival and canapes served all night long.
Drinks packages will also be available on the night.
