This year's Bathurst 1000 winner presentation will look a little different for motorsport fans, with the event now being ticketed and drawn by ballot.

The decision was made to run the presentation in this format to control crowd numbers and abide by COVID regulations.
Events manager Amanda Marks said the event to honour the previous year's winners is very popular and usually draws thousands of residents and visitors to Kings Parade.

"We have to follow NSW Health advice and apply the one person per two square metre rule and can only allow fully vaccinated people," she said.
"Kids under 12 can attend but must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult."
The 2020 winner presentation will be held on Tuesday, November 30 from 12.30pm to 2.30pm with the ballot available now at www.bathurst.nsw.gov.au/events.
The draw will take place on Thursday, November 25 and each entry drawn will receive two tickets.
