A draft schedule for the competition was released earlier this month and will see sides from Bathurst and Orange travel to Dubbo and Nyngan for matches against Group 11 sides in what is a merger of the two leagues.
"There's a fair few questions around that at the moment with ground availability and travelling and it's got to be tinkered with and then the clubs are going to come back to NSW Rugby League by December 3 to air any things they'd like to see changed. Once we get that we can move forward with that," Zamparini said.

"There were some clubs that were on road trips for a fair few of those crossover games and they're looking to see if they can fix that up, tighten that up and make it fairer on everyone because for instance you can't have a club going to Nyngan this week and Dubbo the next.
"You need to try and rake that travel back as much as you can."
Bathurst Panthers is away to Dubbo CYMS and Dubbo Macquarie in the opening two weeks of the competition but thankfully neither the 2019 Group 10 premiers or city rivals St Pat's have to play Nyngan Tigers, let alone travel to play them.
Zamparini said there's mixed feelings towards the new competition.
"It's the longevity, they're looking to get rugby league back to the forefront of everyone's mind," he said.
"2020 was a total disaster and 2021 we didn't get to play the semi-finals which was very disappointing.
"Not everyone is 100 per cent for it, but not every one is 100 per cent against it. It's somewhere in the middle.
"I think moving forward we will see something different happen and we will see a change in the demographics in the competition next year. Everyone is keen to have a look at it and give it a go."
December 3 is the final day clubs can give their input to NSWRL, with Zamparini expecting a finalised draw by December 10.
"We have to wait for Group 11 to have their annual general, but in principle we've embraced the concept and they've just got to get a few things worked out with NSW Rugby League and Group 10 and Group 11 and see where it goes from there," he said.
The Group 10 board remained largely the same, with the only new addition being Mudgee's Chad Chandler.
The rest of the board includes Wayne Boyd, Dennis Comerford, Gary Goldsmith, Adam Hornby, Graeme Osborne and Matt Lawson.
Group 10 has not had a completed senior competition since the 2019 season, before the outbreak of COVID-19.
