Community Drive features local news and events, information and updates from around the region.
Last week 2MCE-fm welcomed Sophia McCaughan to the presentation team, and you'll hear Sophia host Thursday's program.
Sophia is a Charles Sturt University sports media student, and her involvement with 2MCE-fm, while voluntary, demonstrates the value of 2MCE-fm as a place where students can gain real world, industry experience throughout their degree.
Welcome Sophia. You can tune into Community Drive each weekday at 4pm.

A change to Sunday breakfast
BREAKFAST on 2MCE-fm is also an important flagship program of the station and over the past few months you will have noticed a change on Sunday mornings, with Ingrid Pulley presenting the program each week.
The Sunday Breakfast team has now expanded, and you'll also hear Kerry Patten and her inimitable style as she shares presentation duties with Ingrid.
Your feedback is valuable
AS a community broadcaster, 2MCE-fm values the feedback from the community to make sure we are keeping you informed, entertained and up to date with what's going on in your community. One of the ways we do this is through four elected community representatives who sit on the 2MCE-fm Community Broadcasting Board.
2MCE-fm has a strong structure consisting of the board, and three sub-committees which look after various portfolios of activity, these being programming, training and sponsorship and fundraising.
The Board Community Representatives talk to the community regularly to make sure 2MCE-fm's broadcast is in line with community expectations.
As we near the end of the year, it is time for the Annual General Meeting of Members, and at this meeting the election of two new community representatives will take place.
If you are a current member of 2MCE-fm you are invited to nominate as a community representative.
To do so please email 2mce@csu.edu.au for a nomination form.
Along with this form, a statement to members of your interest, background and how you will contribute to the continuing development of 2MCE-fm needs to be submitted.
These need to be returned to the station no later than Monday, November 29 at 5pm. Nominees must be financial members of the station.
If you are a current member of the station you are invited to attend the AGM and vote for your next two Community Representatives.
You can cast your vote at the meeting, or by postal vote. Please email 2mce@csu.edu.au for a voting form. The AGM will be a COVID-safe event.
