The not-for-profit organisation supports young people through a range of programs, including camps and mentoring for boys aged eight to 18 years old.
Community partnership coordinator Cassandra Tyack said 2021 has been an "inspiring year" for the organisation.
"With the continued support of the Central West communities, Boys to the Bush continues evolve and develop and has quickly become a vital service to young boys in our area," she said.
"This year in the Forbes branch alone, we have employed a team of new employees consisting of eight full time and 12 casual staff and in Bathurst four full time staff and eight casuals."
Boys to the Bush will continue to support kids through the school holidays with its camps.
There will be a camp run in Bathurst from January 17 to 20.
Ms Tyack said there are 11 boys signed up for the camp already, and there are still a few spots if any other boys in the community want to join.
They will sleep in swags over the course of the camping trip and get to do a range of activities, including fishing, yabbying, kayaking and cooking.
There are also opportunities to visit farms and do some work on the properties.
"This is a great opportunity for the boys to have a break away from their daily routine, providing them with fun outdoor activities and some time away from technology," Ms Tyack said.

While the organisation's focus is on young boys, it is working on expanding its programs to girls who could also benefit from the same kind of tailored support.
"There are numerous occasions when we have been asked 'What we are doing for girls in our community?'. Our response is always the same," Ms Tyack said.
"We are nurturing and growing boys to be better men, fathers, husbands, brothers, uncles who play such an important part in the success of our future society.
"We are excited, however, to be hosting our first girls' camp, 'Girls to the Country', in Forbes in January 2022. Whilst only in its infancy we look forward to seeing where this may lead."
She also thanked the people that continue to support Boys to the Bush.
