Live music also forms part of the event, with three acts ready to take to the stage throughout the day.
First up is Dusk, a duo that performs a feel-good mix of pop, R&B, soul, jazz and classic hits.
They'll be on stage through to 12pm, at which point local star Clancy Pye takes over.
Three-piece rock band Three Eyed Monks will finish out the live entertainment, with their set starting at 2pm.
The music makes for a perfect backdrop as people enjoy the various other activities throughout the precinct.
A children's entertainer has been doing some fun tricks in Kings Parade, and there are rides set up in Russell Street.
There's also a soccer shootout, soccer darts, and giant board games available.
A number of food vendors are located in Church Street, with the offerings including Corey's Smoked Meats, Twisted Chip and All Flossed Out.
The street fair runs through to 4pm.
