Centrals were all for 205 after the first day of play on Saturday, with Daryl Kennewell leading the way for the visitors with a score of 73 with the bat.
But it was Colts' new recruit Nicholas Babcock that did the damage with the ball, taking 5-36 off 23 overs.
Colts skipper Russell Gardner is confident his boys can chase down Centrals' total.

"We're always confident that we can win, we've just got to execute our batting plan," he said.
"We've got a pretty strong batting line-up and I think if we play to our plan and ability, we should get the result.
"We just need to be consistent in all three areas of the game - bowling, fielding and batting. You let your guard down or have a little bad period, that can hurt you. We just need to be switched on right through the game."
While five-for hero Babcock and Dan Casey are both out for Colts this Saturday, it's perfect timing for Henry Shoemark and Josh Toole to make their return.
Shoemark is currently third with the most run in BOIDC this summer, his total of 183 coming from three innings, while Toole has had plenty of experience batting over the years.
"They'll both boost our batting line-up, but we do have Dan Casey and Nick Babcock both out," Gardner said.
There's still plenty to play in for in the rest of the BOIDC matches, however, one team achieved a first innings win last Saturday.
That team was CYMS, who bowled out Rugby Union for just 77 - the Bulldogs were missing a host of players due to Plan B Regional Bash commitments - before the green and golds finished the day on 4-140 at Morse Park 1.
Orange City put on a strong total of 323 at Bloomfield Oval last Saturday against Bathurst City, so Redbacks will have to put in a big shift with the bat to claim victory.
Last season's minor premiers St Pat's Old Boys seem to have a lot of work to do too, trailing Cavaliers by 311, with the Orange club eight wickets down when play stopped last Saturday.
All games will resume play at 1pm.
This is the final day of play in BOIDC until one-day matches return on January 15.
