Milan Vranic, 47, and Nenad Vranic, 44, of Billman Place, Bathurst, must also report between noon and 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to the officer-in-charge of Bathurst police.
Magistrate Gail Madgwick granted bail to the Vranic brothers who have been in custody bail refused for five months since they were arrested in a major police undercover drug operation in July.
Ms Madgwick adjourned the VranicChr(39)s case for further mention on February 28.
Previously Ms Madgwick heard that the Director of Public Prosecutions has a strong case against the brothers. She refused to grant them bail even though keys to a family home worth $170,000 were offered as security.
Milan Vranic has been charged over the alleged discovery of 22 grams of heroin hidden in a dishwashing machine during a police search of his home on July 12.
The same search allegedly uncovered 50 grams of amphetamines in a cupboard, as well as a large quantity of cannabis.
Milan Vranic is facing a total of nine charges, while Nenad Vranic has been charged over five drug matters including ongoing supply between June 19 and 21.
DPP managing lawyer Ron England who previously succeeded in opposing bail did not object to the brothers being released on substantial security and reporting conditions.
